The room is quite clean, with a nice balkoni.It is also close to an area with a wide variety of restaurants. το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά καθαρό, με ωραίο μπαλκόνι. επίσης είναι κοντά σε μία περιοχή με αρκετά εστιατόρια.

First of all the stuff was very rude and unhelpfull. Furthemore, the breakfast was really poor and the food was not fresh. We stayed in a three bedroom, which was quite small and quite expensive compered to was offered to us. The hotel had no elevator and that meant that we had to take our laggage to the third flor with no help. I'm very dissapointed with this hotel and I wouldn't recoend it to anyone. πρώτα απ όλα το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ αγενές και καθόλου εξυπηρετικό. επιπλέον, το πρωινό ήταν πολύ φτωχό και το φαγητό μπαγιάτικο. μείναμε σε ένα τρίκλινο, το οποίο ήταν πολύ μικρό και πολύ ακριβό σε σχέση με τα όσα μας προσφέρθηκαν. το ξενοδοχείο δεν είχε ανελκυστήρα και αυτό σήμαινε ότι έπρεπε να ανεβάσουμε τις βαλίτσες μας στον τρίτο όροφο μόνοι μας και χωρίς βοήθεια.είμαι πάρα πολύ απογοητευμένος από το ξενοδοχείο αυτό και δε θα το συνιστούσα σε κανένα.

Everything was ok, but I was very dissapointed when I wanted to pay with my credit card (Master card gold) there was no Pos terminal in the hotel, so I had to wait two hours. The staff from the reception desk had to call somewhere else to tell them the number of my credit card, and after that to wait for the fax confirmation that the transaction was realised. I can not understand if in the booking thruw internet you ask for the number of the credit card and the securiy cod it coud not be realised in your hotel. Every where, when I make booking from the internet, the sum of the money was resereved from the credit card.

The toilette in the room was dirty when we arrived so we had to buy deterrgent to clean the whole bathroom because no one would have cleaned it. The maids come only to take the towells and to clean the floor at 4 p.m. when everybody is having a rest./ Toaleta din camera era murdara cand am ajuns asa ca am cumparat detergent ca sa curatam toata baia fiindca oricum nu ar fi facut-o nimeni. Cameristele intra doar pentru prosoape si pentru a sterge podeaua si asta se face la ora 4 dupa-amiaza cand toti se odihnesc!
